Delivery Service

WorkBox provides ready-to-assemble furniture that is professionally built and delivered to your home, office or business. Our products are fully built such as chairs and storage with desks delivered via our flat pack delivery service. When you order the products online our delivery service team will bring your products to your doorstep ready to be assembled either by you or by our build team. If you choose to assemble the furniture yourself, we will provide relevant components, the assembly guide and everything else you need in order to assemble the furniture item correctly.

Assembly Service

If you choose our installation service, there will be a charge depending on your location and the items that need installed. WorkBox can assemble all furniture items for you; No need to stress yourself and spend time trying to assemble the furniture when you can use our qualified build team help you We deliver your products to your home, office or business we unpack it, build it and set it up to your approval. 

Returns Policy

If you wish you can return a product if you are unsatisfied with it. However, depending on the circumstances there may be a restocking charge and collection charge involved. Any requests to return furniture must be notified within 14 days from delivery date. Depending on the circumstances there may be a 25% restocking charge as well as a collection charge for returning. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify this for you as soon as possible. If you return the item we can provide a refund once we have received the items back and they have been checked we will issue the refund and then contact you to inform you that it has been done.
